Join us as Chef Chris heads back to his roots as a classically trained French Chef. He brings us French Cuisine 3-course adventure to kick off our Ethnic Cuisine series.

Beef Tartare
Horseradish aioli, pickled mustard seeds, mushroom duxelle, grilled toasts

Halibut Beignets
Gribiche, arugula fennel salad

Tuna Nicoise
Provencal dressing, tomato, French beans, pickled onions, olives, anchovy, hen egg

MAINS

Duck Confit
Lentil cassoulet, thyme glazed carrots, broccolini, foie gras currant jus

Beef Bourguignon
Mashed potato, Stainte Famille Triumph, double smoked bacon, pearl onion, carrot, cremini mushroom

Bouillabaisse
Lobster, shrimp, scallop, mussel, fennel, tomato, orange saffron broth, rouille toast

DESSERT

Chocolate Souffle
Crème fraiche ice cream, strawberry

Crème Brulee
Vanilla bean, lemon curd profiteroles
